This industrial poly strapping tensioner is a manual hand tool built for 1/2" to 3/4" wide poly strapping, weighing 3.02 lbs for the durability demanded by high-frequency strapping operations. The precision-ground cutter blade cuts all poly strapping types cleanly, minimizing fraying and supporting consistent seal integrity.

Designed for portability and flexibility, this tensioner suits palletizing, bundling, and unitizing tasks in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and freight staging areas. It is particularly well suited for operations that require a reliable manual tool without dependence on battery-powered or pneumatic equipment.

The tensioner is sold individually and ships via parcel carrier. Its manual design makes it a practical standalone replacement or addition to an existing strapping station, with no power source or compressed air supply needed at the point of use.
